On our second day at Disney we had an absolutely relaxing day! We decided, since Maggie had never been swimming, that she should have her first swimming adventure and she did great! She was a little nervous at first, so I sat in the water behind her. Soon after, she was splashing and squealing just having a grand-ol' time! Mimi didn't stay for the entire pool experience because she had a spa appointment, which she thoroughly deserved and enjoyed. Here is a picture of us swimming in the pool at Saratoga Springs. Maggie's bathing suit is a supercute design from Target.
After the pool, we all cleaned up and ate a quick lunch at the resort. We then headed over to the Magic Kingdom for our dinner reservation. Our reservations were for the Plaza restaurant right off Main Street. It was a throw-back to old ice cream parlor days and the food was absolutely delicious...I highly recommend the rueben! We had a super-sweet waitress who gave Maggie a light up Tinkerbell that she very quickly put in her mouth :-)
As we were leaving the park the sun had set and the castle was all lit up. It was so beautiful I had to take a picture...
